What You Will Do
The anticipated start date for this position is December 01, 2022.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the overall functionality of the California Justice Leaders program. This includes CJL Member support and training across regions, CJL marketing, and outreach and administrative support. In collaboration with the Sr. Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will also assist the CJL team in recruitment efforts, conducting program outreach, and cultivating new program recruitment partnerships. Additionally, with support from the Impact Justice Communication team, the Program Coordinator will assist with the development of program marketing and communications materials.
This position is located in Oakland, CA, and may require some travel to our Los Angeles office and the counties that CJL operates in.

Your core responsibilities will be to:
Provide CJL Member with support in role responsibilities and skill development
Conduct workgroup and learning sessions with CJL Members
Gather, manage, and report data related to CJL Member support
Coordinate and develop marketing materials, communications tools, and social networks for CJL and LeadOn
Conduct outreach and recruitment presentations for CJL program
Assist in the organization of technical logistics and coordination, including but not limited to:
Large-scale events and convenings (virtual and in-person once safe to do so)
Cycles of CJL professional development training and events
Team meetings and scheduling
Stakeholder research and partnership cultivation
Research and evaluation projects
Provide administrative support for CJL and Lead On team
Act as liaison between consultants and CJL staff
Other tasks as needed

Applying
The position will be paid $55-$60,000. This is a full-time, salaried position. This position will work from our Oakland, CA office and will work under a hybrid schedule.
