PCMH is seeking an experienced biller to ensure the transmission and processing of agency-wide billing, including clinics, PROS, Health Homes, Residential and ACT services. Manages the Medicaid transportation functions, as well as serves as the coordinator with the billing software company. Must be able to ensure the timely posting of all remittance reports and produce accurate and timely management reports on levels of service, collections, and denials. Must have at least 3 years of behavioral health billing, knowledge of Medicaid managed care, proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form, and have excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task; High school diploma required, but college preferred.
