Training Coordinator (PT) – Maryland CASA Association – Towson, MD

Part-time (20 hrs/week) position in statewide nonprofit child advocacy organization coordinating all on-site and online training activities throughout the state. Seeking an individual with experience coordinating training events, developing training curricula and conducting in-person and online training. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field and two years of experience (preferably in child welfare and/or nonprofit arena) providing and coordinating training for volunteers, staff and board members. Must also have the ability to engage other professionals to provide training. Non-profit/board training a plus. Position is based in Towson but involves periodic in-state travel; flexible weekday hours (hours must be spread over at least three days/week) and periodic evening and Saturday hours.
