The AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented person to serve as its Information Technology Coordinator. The Information Technology Coordinator will be responsible for providing hands on end user support, as well as helping maintain the technological backbone that allows AFC to: coordinate life-saving HIV/AIDS related services and track vital data; develop and target advocacy and social marketing campaigns; and efficiently and effectively raise money to fund these efforts.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in computer science or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience deploying and providing end user support on the following programs and/or platforms: Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010/2013, Windows Networking in a multi-server environment, Exchange, or other Windows-based email server.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, establish workload priorities, and meet deadlines are critical. Strong verbal & written communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
