Nashville ELF is the exclusive Middle Tennessee start-up dealership for Organic Transit’s ELF vehicles, a pedal and solar powered tricycle.
Job responsibilities:
The Sales Manager’s job will be to oversee and implement all aspects of the company including:
Sales – Help the team meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by implementing a clear strategy to move the ELFs out the door through our retail location and events.
Rentals – Manage all aspects of the ELF rental program, including corporate event rentals, ELF tours, and regularly scheduled rental stations (for example every Friday night at 2nd and Broadway)
Events – Nashville ELF needs to be visible at as many events as possible. From riding around Predators and Titans games, to having a booth at the Earth Day festival, it is your job to know when the events are happening and schedule staff and ELFs accordingly.
Marketing – You will manage the entire marketing process, working with designers to implement new ads, managing website and social media channels.
Advertising – One of the best revenue drivers is our advertising program. You will work with the General Manager and Owner to put together a package for businesses, and then implement and sell it to them.
Repairs – Handy with tools? Perfect. But if not, that’s okay you just need to manage those that are.
Recruitment/Managing Part-time Staff – Train part-time staff on all aspects of rentals, sales, safety, etc.
Business Administration – Assist the General Manager and Owner with everything from accounting, projections and budgeting, to making sure permits, waivers and insurance are up to date.
