POSITION: The Property Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including compliance, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and other operational aspects of the building. The Property Manager administers tenant service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases as well as supervises any assigned staff.The Property Manager position both compliments and supports the Program Manager of the assigned program.
STATUS: Full Time, Exempt
HOURS: 40 Hours per Week
SCHEDULE: Days, Monday – Friday (plus on-call requirements)
SALARY: Within Compass ranges
