HR Manager – GreenCitizen Inc – Burlingame, CA

Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day Human Resources function, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and safety. Additional duties include maintaining and upgrading all personnel and benefit related systems, developing policies and procedures, developing employee retention practices, and ensuring institutional compliance with applicable laws, policies and regulations.

Job Description creation and maintenance
Recruitment of new hires
Employee onboarding process
Employee development/training programs
Personnel file maintenance
Salary Benchmarking process
Annual performance review/salary adjustment cycle
Payroll administration
HRIS/Timekeeping system administration
Benefits Program administration
Employee leave management
Employee termination out-processing
Cal/Osha posting laws/regulations
Workers Compensation program
Safety Program maintenance
Supervisor HR training
Report to Board of Directors and Human Resources/Compensation Committee as needed

Qualification, Knowledge, and Skills

BA or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related field
4 years of experiences with over 50 employee size companies
Must have experienced administrater both exampted and non-exampted employees
SPHR Certification or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of current employment law
Computer proficiency (MS Office)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Clear background check
Clear toxicology screening
