• Participate actively in applying a racial justice lens to all LCV online communications with an increased emphasis on member education on issues, environmental or otherwise, where communities of color are disproportionately impacted.
• Work with the state LCVs and other partner organizations to support their campaigns and facilitate work on state-based environmental issues.
• Work with National Field Team to generate leads for volunteers and find ways to facilitate transitioning online action takers to offline activists.
• Lead the creation and implementation of coordinated materials – including email, social media, and mobile alerts – as related to electoral grassroots organizing and LCVAF endorsements.
• Find new opportunities for growth of our grassroots base on social media.
• Oversee the department’s intern program, including hiring and managing the summer intern.
