Under general direction of the Medical Director, the individual in this position is responsible for administering the agency’s integrated behavioral health services. This is accomplished through program development work with internal clinic operational staff, behavioral health department staff as well as collaboration with external agencies such as grant funders and community partners. Requires a Valid California Licensed Clinical Social Worker license; five years clinical social work experience with practiced mental health diagnosis (DSM IV-TR/DSM V), versed in evidence-based brief therapies, crisis management, mandated reporting, medical social work cross age span, and expertise in case work and case management. Two years of supervisory experience of paid clinical and nonclinical staff. Experience with program development and implementation in behavioral health and health care settings. Experience in working with an inter-disciplinary team especially in behavioral health and medical settings. Bilingual, Biliterate in Cantonese, preferred.
