Kiddies Kollege is presently interviewing for a preschool teacher interested in joining a dedicated and progressive team in a full-time co-teaching capacity.
Kiddies Kollege is a NAEYC accredited early learning program providing an environment and community where children 6 weeks through 5 years of age develop foundational social and emotional values and skills as they grow to be competent, confident, and compassionate citizens of the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Follow an emerging curriculum based on children’s interests, choices, and developmental themes creating a learning environment that invites exploration bringing meaningful discovery.Provide developmentally appropriate practice activities for physical, cognitive, social/emotional and language development.Observe, document and assess children’s learning in order to support each child’s greatest potential.Build relationships and seek partnerships with families.Work with adults and children from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:BA or AA Degree in Early Childhood Education, (or related field) or working towards ECE degree. 2+ years working with preschool children in an early learning setting. Team leadership qualities including strong communication and problem solving skills, proven initiative, accountability and dependability. Interest in continued personal and professional growth Passion for the early learning field and demonstrated success.
