JOB SUMMARY: To assist the Information Technology Manager in providing end user support, maintaining El Valor’s information technology infrastructure, assessing projects and evaluating products.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: An equivalent amount of training, education and experience will be considered.

-High School Diploma or GED, required;

– A minimum of a Microsoft Windows Client Operating System certification is required;

– Two to three years of job-related experience as a provider of end user support may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements;

– Associates degree or a higher level of education from accredited college or university, in Information Technology, preferred.

-Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
