Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Visit select participating organizations weekly to monitor and support literacy instruction
Provide supportive feedback and direction to the organizations’ instructors
Problem solve with the organizations’ instructors to ensure program fidelity and effectiveness in meeting various student needs
Oversee appropriate maintenance of records of students in participating organizations, including attendance, test scores, books read etc.

Preferred:
College degree in education related field, a teaching certificate
Classroom experience
Strong conversational skills in Spanish
Remote work and in-office meetings. 5-10 hours/weekly. Program ends in August 2025
