Assistant Store Manager – Treehouse – Seattle, WA

The Position:
Treehouse currently has an opening for an Assistant Manager on our Material Resources Team. This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position based at 2100 24th Ave. S., Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98144.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations in Treehouse’s free store including maintaining a clean space, planning and executing seasonal display changes, and overseeing inventory movement.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge on material needs for youth ages 0-26.
Establish and role model standards for providing trauma informed and equitable services to youth to ensure they have a positive and fulfilling shopping experience.
Serve as liaison between the Treehouse store and Education Services, oversee the fulfilment of birthday and special requests. Communicate seasonal resources and schedule shopping appointments as needed.
Using data and client feedback, establish annual and seasonal store hours.
Monitor the store email account and voicemail, respond to all inquiries and requests for appointments within 1 business day.
Create daily checklists for store volunteers to ensure the store is stocked with seasonally appropriate inventory. Demonstrate flexibility and creativity by leveraging on hand resources and equipment.
Serve as the store expert on Dynamics CRM and provide ongoing training and coaching to staff, volunteers and work study students.
Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and wholesalers to purchase supplemental inventory as needed.
Collect and analyze donation and shopper data to inform annual and seasonal drive goals and to ensure needs of clients are being met.
Collaborate with the Community Engagement and Marketing teams to plan and implement pop-up shops and seasonal campaigns.
Collect stories, testimonials and client feedback regularly to inform marketing and outreach strategies.

Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary/rate for this position is $20.50 per hour depending on experience. Treehouse provides a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability and life insurance paid by the employer.
