St. Mary’s Center of Dorchester seeks a qualified Manager to assist with the operations of its Education and Employment Department.

The qualified Manager will partner with the Director in systems development, implementation and monitoring of the delivery of all services from intake to program completion. Ensure full utilization of program contracts and community resources, design and implement workshops and groups to support skills attainment. Ensure timely, accurate data collection, measurement, analysis and reporting. Meet all reporting standards and deadlines as defined by internal agency policy and by external funding sources.

Collaborate with education and workforce development agencies to ensure seamless integration of adult basic education and workforce development at the community level. Provide professional development opportunities for staff, chair weekly program staff meeting as needed.

The qualified candidate must have 3-5 years of management experience, Master’s in Education preferred with a broad based knowledge of the adult education and workforce development requirements. When driving St. Mary’s vehicles, you must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and meet minimum safe driver criteria established by the Agency.
