We’re looking for a new team member to join our marketing department. The position is ideal for a mission-driven person with (1) a high level of initiative and integrity, (2) outstanding organizational skills, and (3) interest in interacting with the public on a day-to-day basis. Training is provided as well as opportunities for advancement. Salary: Competitive base plus commission.

Responsibilities
Table at events in the Portland area to connect with customers and set up home energy audits.
Serve as the public face of our company. Accurately describe services / nonprofit partners.
Properly store / maintain all tabling equipment and marketing materials.
Assist with marketing and research initiatives as needed.
Role Competencies
Assertive and comfortable interacting with the public on a daily basis.
Well organized with attention to detail.
A motivated team player.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs for tabling events.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics
Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, or environmental advocacy.
Sales experience, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Have access to reliable vehicle.
