Financial Service Rep – Gainwell – Nashville

Supports the business process services team in delivering efficient and effective outsourced processes and services within a specific industry and functional area to meet objectives and quality standards for clients. Demonstrates business knowledge and skills developed through formal job-related training or work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies issues and all contributing factors in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

Your role in our mission
Work within the Cash Operations Team performing a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):
Accurate typing and adding, manage deposit information/tapes/account numbers
Verify spreadsheets/banking information, daily fund verification (inflows and outflows)
Client phone calls and e-mail communication, post provider payments
Maintain transaction records

What we’re looking for
Associates, Bachelors of equivalent industry experience
Financial banking experience
The individual will be expected to have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, use time-management skills
Ability to utilize effective communication (verbal and electronic) with Clients and providers
Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet) as well as InterChange and OnBase
