Nonprofit CDC seeks experienced, committed leader to serve in senior management position. Knowledge of and experience with affordable housing and community development financing, and asset management, public and private funding sources and grants and the operations of mission driven nonprofits. Demonstrated experience with fund accounting, cost allocations, government reporting and Blackbaud Financial Edge accounting software. Ideal candidate also has the skills and ability to connect finance to mission and support staff and board with timely information and reports that translate financial information into dashboards.
