We’re seeking a dynamic, energetic, self-starter to serve as the lead manager and producer of our digital and print content. Creative mediums to include website, mobile website, email marketing, social media, print collateral and public relations. Successful candidates will be able to produce, and manage outside consultants in providing, inspiring and clean copy as well as motivational and promotional messaging to generate lead to sale conversions, improve SEO and provide users with valuable content. Candidates will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines, will have a great sense for the user experience across mediums, and will be able to impact SEO results. The Digital Content Manager will be an analytical thinker who can use metrics to make strategic and tactical decisions.
You will work with a dedicated and talented team of Cuba travel experts and will be able to draw from our 15 years of working knowledge and experience to maintain our leadership role in the field.
Travel industry or tour operator experience preferred but not required. Spanish language or prior experience in Cuba is not required.
To maximize SEO in order to produce increased web traffic, lead generation, and booked travelers.
To analyze SEO metrics to help make informed decisions regarding changes, tactics and strategy.
To manage and help produce all digital and print content.
To collaborate with and manage outside writers, consultants, and other resources.
To manage the user experience, the look and feel of marketing assets, and all formatting with current best design practices.
To manage drip marketing and email marketing campaigns.
To manage blog content.
To manage social marketing strategy.
To manage a marketing calendar.
To source images from our image library and maximize for SEO.
Should have 3-5 years of digital content management experience
Must be able to manage multiple projects under tight and constantly shifting deadlines.
Must have prior experience with SEO analytics.
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
HTML or CSS experience is helpful.
Salary is commensurate with skills and experience. Full benefits package after 90-days of employment includes: full medical, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
