Dress for Success Worldwide Central is seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator who will oversee the overall implementation, execution, and evaluation of programming within the Chicago Branch. The Program Manager also ensures that all aspects of the boutique are running smoothly, and that both volunteers and staffing are fully poised to discuss program options with each client. This position typically reports to the Branch Manager located in the Chicago Branch.

Connect easily with various stakeholders (i.e. staff, volunteers, sponsors, colleagues, clients, and partners)
Effectively supervise the Going Places Network Consultant of the Chicago Branch
Be passionate about going the extra mile to assist everyone
Provide personalized service to clients
Anticipate needs, resolve problems, and enrich the client experience
Responsible for the successful implementation of a continuum of programmatic services within the branch including the following categories:
Leadership and Civic Responsibility
Assist with data collection, program evaluations, outcome measurement, and reporting metrics
Provide monthly updates and written program reports and analysis
Participate in quarterly affiliate conference calls and in-service trainings
Create projected budgets and timelines for each program cycle
Ensure quality of programs and communications are aligned with organizational mission
Program Promotion & Recruitment
Recruit Dress for Success clients to participate in a suite of programmatic services
Assist with increasing client participation, success rates and assessing client satisfaction
Coordinate with team members and corporate/foundation partners to execute against program elements
Manage selection of, scheduling and coordination among high-profile speakers, mentors and volunteers
Provide Branch coverage as needed
Assist clients and manage partner program relationships as needed
Manage activities of interns as needed
Strong background in program development and project management
Passion for career development and helping women succeed in the workplace
Bachelor’s degree; plus three years nonprofit work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; strong public speaking skills
Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environment and be a great team-player
Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised
Strong MS Office skills
Hours are 9am to 5pm (exempt) Tuesday through Saturday – Saturday Hours are 10am to 4pm; occasional evening hours (flex time available)
Position is based in Chicago.
