Under the direction of the Director of Compliance, the Contract Manager is responsible for compiling and analyzing data, completing progress reports, coordinating contract audits, assisting with funding requests and ensuring the agency is in adherence with contract regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation and submission of contract progress reports, which includes the collection of demographic data, fiscal accounting and written narrative reporting; ¨
Participate in the coordination of operations to ensure audit readiness;
Participate in budget implementation;
Participate in administering contracts;
Assist in the design and implementation of forms and systems for use in operations;
Perform research and statistical analyses on administrative, fiscal and operational problems;
Communicate regularly with internal departments regarding performance and operational procedures;
Perform related duties, as assigned

Must have the ability to properly interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws, rules, and policies. Must have the ability to analyze data and prepare written and oral reports. Must have the ability to maintain work effectiveness and meet deadlines. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must have knowledge of research techniques, methods and procedures and report presentation.
Education and experience:
Preferred BA in Business or Accounting or equivalent experience working with victim services and shelter programs preferred.
