Graphic Designer – Beagle Freedom Project – Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:
Create graphics for organization’s web site, email newsletter, social media channels, and print collateral that incite emotion, curiosity, and action
Photo editing with a keen eye for image selection that is in line with the organization’s goals and brand standards
Collaborate and strategize with department heads and Office of the President on unique and captivating ways to tell stories through graphic design
Prepare, plan, and illustrate design concepts by presenting rough layouts for feedback, as needed
Complete communication with organization’s print vendors
Proofread copy on all design collateral
Continuously research, identify, and apply graphic design trends

Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or other related field
Ability to own and guide multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
Flexible work hours
Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to give and receive constructive criticism
Advanced knowledge of Dropbox, Google Drive, and other file sharing and storing services

Knowledge of printing and prepress
Self-starter with collaborate spirit
Ability to meet deadlines with various deliverables for web site, social, and traditional news media
Ability to effectively communicate Beagle Freedom Project’s mission and objectives
