Your role in our mission
Review and assess the applicability of regulations (CMS, State NJ, waivers, etc) to provide guidance and instruction for provider operations
Ability to review complex business rules to provide guidance and instruction for provider operations
Evaluate operational practices and assess driver (regulatory, operational control, best practice) and overall impact
Ability to learn all aspects of New Jersey Medicaid and be able to apply to provider support
Claims process
Provider enrollment
New projects
Support new initiatives, determining impact on operations, and assist with outlining required tasks for implementation

What we’re looking for
Nine or more years of functional area experience (i.e. finance, human resources, procurement, information technology, etc.)
Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
Experience working with help desk software

The pay range for this position is $70,400.00 – $100,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
