Support the Executive Director with setting up appointments and follow up.
Support the log of client activity and enter resource and referral services into the agency’s database (Salesforce) regularly.
Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations, handouts, grants, workshops, and reports.
Assist with preparation and hosting programming events.
Assist with flyers, registration and follow up calls for events & classes.
When needed, support the front desk coverage.
Assist the Director of Program in services/program evaluation and improvement efforts by tracking output and outcome data that measures programs effectiveness.
Other functions as assigned.
Bilingual/Bicultural, Spanish/English, verbal and written communications skills
Knowledgeable of community resources and needs of the Sonoma Valley (Preferred, not required)
Leads by example and adapts to the non-profit environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
Highly organized, ability to multitask, and meet established deadlines and goals.
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and be flexible to change tasks on a daily basis.
Commitment to excellence and high standards, including integrity and ethics.
PC literacy and proficiency in all Microsoft suite applications
Knowledge of database programs, specifically SalesForce a plus.
Education and Experience
AA degree, BA preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience at multitasking in office environment, non-profit experience preferred
Valid California driver’s license.
Ability to clear DOJ background check.
