OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – Life Span – Chicago

Position Summary:
The Operations Assistant will support work of the Director of Operations in the areas of bookkeeping, HR management, facilities management and administrative tasks including agency-wide front office duties and phones.

Qualifications:
· Four-year bachelor degree required.
· QuickBooks accounts payable, budgeting and reporting experience.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Non-profit client centered organization experience prioritized.
· Bi-lingual Spanish language skills preferred.

Location and Hours: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position based in the Chicago Loop office. While Covid-19 restrictions are in place, this is a hybrid remote position after onboarding and training completion. The Life Span Chicago office is steps away from the CTA El station and also accessible via the Metra railway stations.
