Corporate Relations Coordinator – Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking – Seattle

Responsibilities
● Respond to employer inquiries for training or consulting, assess the employers’ needs, write proposals that correspond to their needs, and steward the relationships.
● Assist the Executive Director to secure gifts from individuals and organizations in the corporate sector.
● Identify prospective corporate grants with our partners, which will be submitted by a grant writer.
● Communicate to business leaders how trafficking impacts their specific industry
● Recruit new employers to implement best practices, philanthropy, and/or training
● Provide training for employees as needed
● Additional responsibilities as needed

● Proactive and able to work independently with limited management oversight
● Intelligent, learns quickly, and adapts easily to new situations.
● Excellent follow-through and problem solving skills.
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
● Excellent oral and written communication.
● Experience in a corporate setting is strongly preferred.

Position Details
● 40 hours/week with a flexible work week and flexible leave plan
● Salary range: $21-27/hour + performance-based bonuses
● Position is based in Seattle and may involve some travel within the US
● Attendance at occasional weekend and evening events is required
● Position reports to the Executive Director
● Position is temporarily remote
