Senior Product Marketing Manager – American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists – Washington, DC

Responsibilities
This full-time position reports to the Director of Marketing and supports the organization’s revenue generation efforts. The candidate in this position will:
Support ACOG product development team and other internal stakeholders
Serve as main ACOG liaison to external sales teams in institutional and commercial markets: support channel growth, prospect research and outreach, generate leads, providing sales materials and act as the front line to product FAQs.
Working with ACOG market research, assist with primary and secondary research to support the marketing goals and objectives for product categories
Work with fulfillment to maintain optimal sales inventory for channel marketing efforts
Drive market insights and develop value proposition for products
Develops sales and marketing tracking reports to effectively analyze efforts and to report on progress
Communicates effectively with product development team, marketing and market research, internal stakeholders, vendors and consultants
Understand product mix and recommend new product innovation and enhancements to existing products

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is required
Minimum of five years of product marketing experience, preferably for a membership association with publishing arm or in the health and medical industry
Proven track record of generating revenue and supporting large scale revenue generation
Ability to execute creative and effective marketing plans
Superior organization and time management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven oral and written communication skills, comfortable and effective in presenting to small groups
Excellent collaboration, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with internal teams to be part of marketing and product development tasks
Ability to create and grow relationships with medical association and marketing industry partners
Must be deadline and results oriented
