Reporting to the TriLatino Executive Board, the Program Manager plays a central role in the development and coordination of TriLatino’s day-to-day operations. The Program Manager works independently and collaboratively with the Executive Board to plan, manage, and implement activities in the following areas: recruitment, operations, grant/sponsorship proposals, social activities, training and various project initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops and implements targeted membership recruitment and renewal campaigns and strategies to attain monthly quotas.
Effectively manage program grant/sponsorship proposals to ensure timely completion of deliverables (i.e. applications, updates and reports).
Organize and facilitate small and large group social activities
Manage all communications with members, including social media.
Assists Training Manager with organization and execution of training programs.
Ideal candidate will have BA/BS
3-5 years administrative/leadership experience
Strong commitment to health, fitness, and endurance sports.
Strong interpersonal, written, and technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly EXCEL
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to work both independently without close oversight, but also a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside TriLatino.
