Internship Facilitator
WORK Inc. is seeking an Internship Facilitator(IF) to work on a groundbreaking national project to promote customized employment of people with disabilities in a zero exclusion, Discovery-based, person centered model. As a critical team member of the “Massachusetts Pathways to Careers at WORK Inc.” project, the IF will facilitate the training, support and assimilation of program participants on internship sites in a wide variety of business environments, and assist the Career Navigator and participant with modifications to the Career Plan based on internship performance. The IF will work with people with individuals with a broad range of clinical diagnoses.

The IF will work as part of a tightly coordinated team, consisting of a Program Manager, Employer Relations Specialist and Career Navigator.

The IF will be required to travel occasionally to participate in additional training and to engage with other Pathways sites in the U.S.

Candidates must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Special Education, social work, business, human resources, or other relevant field;
Experience working with or significant exposure to people with significant disabilities;
Strong oral, written, analytical, research, interpersonal and organizational skills;
Competency in Microsoft Office, data management, and social media;
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle;
Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
