About the Organization:
Sponsors, Inc. is a Eugene-based nonprofit organization that provides transitional housing and wraparound supports for men and women returning to Lane County from prison and jail. Established in 1973, Sponsors has a proven track record in its work to assist individuals in moving forward with their lives as productive and contributing members of our community. Sponsors provides mentoring, educational programs, employment assistance through our Reentry Resource Center, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), parenting classes, and on-site drug treatment groups. About the Position:
Individualized case management is a core component of Sponsors’ programs, and case managers serve a vital role in conducting assessments, initiating program referrals, and in developing dynamic case plans for each participant who comes into our program. Please see attached for a detailed position description.

Preference will be given to individuals possessing a background in case management, experience facilitating groups, familiarity with Lane County community resources, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience navigating a variety of technological systems and databases, excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail, and experience working with individuals identified as members of high-risk populations. A collaborative attitude and a proven ability to work independently with little direct oversight are critical to success in this position. Formerly incarcerated individuals encouraged to apply.

Full time position (40 hours per week) starting at $25,000 DOE, with full medical and dental coverage and liberal benefits.
