Senior Program Manager – MyPath – San Francisco, CA

MyPath Overview

A national nonprofit headquartered in the Mission District of San Francisco, MyPath powers youth potential and seeds economic mobility. Our vision is for every working low-income young person to have the chance totransform their paycheck into an economic mobility pathway. To this end, MyPath designs, tests and scales innovative program models that support youth to save and build credit. We also train and support low-income youth to engage in local, state and federal policy advocacy to bring about greater access to such opportunities. With two proven models—MyPath Savings and MyPath Credit—gaining interest and traction across the country, MyPath is focused on bringing them to scale. MyPath Savings—a nationally-recognized, award-winning program—brings together local credit unions and youth employment programs to engage youth in banking and saving and will be the initial focus of this position. MyPath Credit, which engages working youth in credit-building, is in its pilot phase and will be next.
