EDI Business Manager – Maersk Line – Charlotte

We are looking for an EDI Business Manager to join our North America Integration Services team. This position will be based in Charlotte, NC, Florham Park, N.J., and/or Houston, TX.

Key responsibilities
Working directly with our customers in solving their EDI challenges
from a commercial perspective
Facilitate Customer EDI scorecard deep-dives
o Work with our IT and Process teams to identify root-causes for EDI failing and thus impacting customer scorecards
o Supporting delivery of bespoke EDI ‘journeys’ based on user profile and behavior
Help solving urgent customer requirements for new or enhanced
EDI/API solutions
Facilitate internal EDI/API awareness to de-mystify these integration
Project manage new EDI and API products in line with business
prioritization and in direct engagement with customers and our IT teams alike
Second level support for EDI support related matters
EDI account owner and contact person for a number of Maersk Line’s
key client

We are looking for
A Graduate with 6-7 years of work experience within customer service or sales including direct customer interaction
2 years of experience with EDI and/or API technology
Ability to work in Agile/Scaled Agile
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable workflows
Ability to multi-task projects and meet deadlines consistently
Excellent verbal and written skills, with a precise attention to detail and grammatical accuracy
Good Stakeholder management skills
Effective organization skills
Self-motivation and a desire for continuous learning and improvement
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, strong Excel skills
Detail oriented
