As a digital operations specialist, you will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations of our clients’ digital media plans. This position requires working in a fast-paced, complex, project-based, team-oriented and professional environment. Core duties & What you will learn:
Proficiency in all listed skills is not required and training in the following will be provided. These are some of the skills that you will gain from this position:
Experience working in a political campaign and/or fast-paced marketing setting;
Experience using digital tools including: Google Apps, Adobe Creative Suite, NGP VAN, EveryAction, Blue State Digital, ActBlue, PayPal, Salesforce and other CRMs, Basecamp, SquareSpace, WordPress and other CMS systems;
Managing ad campaigns on various digital advertising platforms including: Doubleclick Bid Manager, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter for Business;
Experience monitoring and implementing budgets;
Analysing campaign metrics to ensure goals are reached;
Generating and interpreting/analysing comprehensive data reports;
Assisting in creative production of advertising campaigns;
Researching new digital media platforms and innovations;
Troubleshooting and maintenance on websites and CRM platforms.
This is a full-time, salaried position ($30,000-$33,000 annually commensurate with fit and experience) and full benefits (Health Insurance, 401k, Gym, Transit).
