Resident Managers provide the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA)’s primary interface with tenants at our various properties. Each Resident Manger resides at a designated AHA property, and is responsible for showing units, assisting with inspections, monitoring the property for security issues, ensuring that the property is maintained according to standards, and reporting and/or correcting maintenance problems. While most of the work is done during normal business hours this position is expected to be on call at nights and weekends.
