Director of Teacher Leadership – Teaching Trust – Dallas, TX

Teaching Trust is an independent 501(c)3 organization founded with the clear purpose of developing leaders who can transform schools from the inside out, are prepared to narrow the achievement gap and will ensure that all children experience an extraordinary education.

We believe leadership must be distributed and become an integral part of a school’s culture. This belief inspired us to create three signature programs that work in concert with each other to ensure school leaders and leadership teams can drive dramatic improvements in student achievement.

Aspiring Ed Leaders Program – In partnership with Southern Methodist University’s Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education & Human Development, prepares future school leaders for the challenging work of leading effective teams to drive improvement in complex, urban schools.
Executive Ed for Teams – Prepares school leadership teams to build capacity in order to drive and sustain significant improvement in culture, instruction and academic performance in their schools.
Ed Fellows Program – Develops teacher leaders who are committed to improving instructional skills and influencing the implementation of practices that will improve student outcomes.
