Director of Internal Initiatives – Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment – Oakland, CA

About ACCE: ACCE is a multi-issue, membership-based community organization building the power and voice of communities of color and poor and working families across the state of California. With offices in 6 cities, ACCE works locally and statewide to fight for economic, racial and social justice. ACCE’s grassroots approach prioritizes training and empowering community residents from across the state to wage effective bottom-up campaigns that prioritize community engagement and direct action.

The Position: The role of ACCE Director of Internal Initiatives is to develop, implement, and maintain strategic programs designed to increase the organizations capacity or in other ways transform our ability to effectively perform our work.
