Operations Manager – Sierra Friends Center

DESCRIPTION
Sierra Friends Center is a non-profit educational center under the care of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). We offer retreat and workshop rentals as well as a newly piloted outdoor school. The summer program at Sierra Friends Center is Camp Woolman with sleep over camps for youth ages 9 to 16.

The Operations Manager is responsible for booking and managing events and rentals as well as providing technical assistance, website maintenance, marketing support and office administration.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Manager include but are not limited to:
Maintain office operations and procedures
Maintain files
Order and obtain supplies
Answer phones
Coordinate/manage with IT support
Update website to reflect current activities
Manage rentals and events
Liaison with outside vendors
Create and disseminate marketing materials
Assist in mailing campaigns
Work with volunteers during events
Assist the Executive Director as necessary

Work with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams as necessary
