HIV Associate Director – Institute for Family Health – New York, NY

Job description

The Institute for Family Health, a dynamic network of integrated community health clinics, is seeking an HIV Associate Director to join our interdisciplinary, patient-centered HIV care team. The Assoicate Director will report to the Regional Director of HIV Programs, and assist with the day-to-day management of staff, workflows and operations for a team of psychosocial staff members working to support patients living with HIV remain healthy, retained in care and virally suppressed. The Associate Director will play a leadership role in quality improvement projects, reporting/quality metrics, ensuring that program deliverables are met and establishing/fostering community collaborations. Supervisory and/or management experience required. Knowledge of NYC HIV services, entitlements and benefits required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Opportunities for professional development available. Masters degree in social work, public administration, public health or related degree required.
