Marketing Director – Bainbridge Island Museum of Art – Bainbridge Island, WA

Bainbridge Island Museum of Art (BIMA) is seeking a full-time Marketing Director.

This position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for organizational branding, marketing, advertising, public relations, and community engagement. It will also support key special events and BIMA’s various departmental marketing needs.

Bainbridge Island Museum of Art opened in summer 2013, as a new, non-profit regional art museum. We completed a successful Capital Campaign in December 2013. We are now focused on financial and organizational sustainability and have expanded our volunteer committee structures to support this.

Minimum requirements include five to seven years of experience in museum or non-profit marketing, including working with Boards of Directors, managing staff and volunteers, with experience with social media strategies and tools. College degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
